Part 1: The Vigilante

Dark pupils stood in stark contrast against the bright springtime green of Jaime's irises. The forest colored disks steadily rotated; laser ground camera lenses observing the scene below.

The evening's light drizzle had quickly turned into a downpour severely limiting the effectiveness of Jaime's visual receptors, but a quick switch to thermal imaging outlined four silhouettes beneath her. A woman cowered in the corner of a dead-end alley as three men slowly approached, their paths intertwined snakes in the wet asphalt.

The heavy clattering of rain also muddied the capabilities of Jaime's auditory suite. Acoustic dampening software booted into operation; her memory's previous 5 seconds of recorded audio were analyzed byte by byte. Instantaneously, a sonic profile was built for the deluge of raindrop impacts and subsequently filtered out of her auditory suite moving forward.

"Get away!" shouted the distressed women, "I don't have your money!"

Jaime watched the orange and red heat signatures pause and face each other.

"Oh. You hear that boys? Laura here says she doesn't have any money." The silhouette nearest the woman threw his hands in the air. Jaime noted they were empty. "I guess we'll just have to let you go then! Unless you know...my friends here have other ideas?"

The two silent men each took a step towards the woman, one brandishing a bat and the other a butterfly knife.

Jaime's main CPU, with new permissions from her logic core, began calculating an approach vector. An instantaneous switch back to visual receptors had her examining the five story walls surrounding the alley. A visual overlay switched on, her HUD now layered with thousands of colored parabolas revealing magnetic fields cast by hidden metal piping and structural steel twisting behind each building's ancient bricks. Her advanced software forecast the strength of each individual magnetic field in it's weight bearing capacity. A glowing blue path on Jaime's HUD flowed through green parabolas detailing her system's calculated route to the alley floor. The thousands of unused graphical parabolas vanished from view.

She had her approach vector. Only 0.2 seconds has passed.

Jaime removed her black leather moto biker jacket. Magnetization pads within her hands and feet switched on; their only tell an almost inaudible crackling noise. She positioned her thigh high combat boots on the building's precipice and leaped.

Raven black hair unraveled, lagging behind Jaime as her first two story fall concluded with a silent 'WUMMPH' and magnetization to the wet brick wall. She looked down, thermally imaging the scene again. A 3D attack blueprint spawned within her main CPU, constantly evolving and updating with each passing micro second.

She triggered off her magnetization pads, kicked off the wall, and back flipped through the air. The pads triggered on millimeters from the opposite wall adhering Jaime's hands and boots to the wet surface. She perched on the brick like a jaguar; her hands beneath her feet, her pear-shaped bottom pushed up towards the dark sky.

Her 3D attack blueprint refreshed, and upon her logic core's request she pounced onto her first target.

Her boots made contact first; the inertial energy of the two story long fall transferred itself through Jaime and into the middle of the man's back. Her hypersensitive dermal sensors picked up on seven individual vertebrae fractures. The man crumpled and his knife fell to the ground with the a splash.

Before the man with the bat could even process what had happened his shin was shattered with a momentous kick from the heel of Jaime's right boot. He keeled over. Jaime triggered on the magnetization pads in her left hand and reached within a few inches of the metal bat. The bat wrenched itself from the man's grip and into Jaime's dexterous grasp. She pivoted and delivered a grand slam into his rib-cage; her sensors registering with certainty that all 24 ribs had shattered.

The two men lay writhing in agony on the slick blacktop as Jaime turned to face her final opponent.

The visibly panicked man reached for his side. As he produced a Glock 17 Jaime hurled the bat towards his head. The tip of the bat smashed through his nose and knocked him unconscious, but the automatic pistol triggered as he collapsed hard into the ground.

A spray of bullets ripped past Jaime at a speed even her highly tuned systems couldn't react to. Sparks erupted through Jaime's thigh high combat boots as two of the projectiles tore through her mechanized knee. She collapsed as her servos struggled and then failed to maintain her balance.

On the ground her power subsystem diverted all current away from the damaged leg. Within a few seconds her main CPU had all other systems working to compensate for her faulty limb and she was back on her feet.

Jaime sensed the woman approaching and turned to face her; she hoped the woman hadn't seen the shower of sparks.

The woman, with dark mascara running down her pale face, spoke softly. "Who...who are you?"

Jaime span around making her way into the misty night and whispered, "A friend."

Part 2: Getting Ready

Jaime's windowless, tiny one room apartment was stuffy and cramped, but her human emulation systems didn't notice or care. She closed the door behind her and hopped with one leg to her twin bed. Covers, sheets, pillows, and clothes were strewn all across the bed's surface; comfort was not a concern for the feminine figure now sitting on a deluge of cocktail dresses, lingerie, and pumps.

Sitting up at the waist, Jaime methodically removed her cobalt black neoprene long sleeve T. It was waterproof, difficult to see at night, flexible, and sexy. Her main CPU loved it. She tossed it into a pile with several more identical numbers next to the bathroom door.

Next off was a black sports bra. Her breasts jiggled generously as they escaped it's confines; pink areola sat stiff, from the cold of the rain, on her blemish-less pert bosom. Black tights, a lacy thong, and her newly ruined combat boots soon all sat on the floor as the nude beauty sat above.

The artificial woman reached towards the outside of her right thigh and slid open a hidden flesh colored panel. Jaime carefully removed her charging cord from the cavity, and in a show of gymnast-like flexibility, arched her back and reached for an outlet across the bed. Servomechanisms whined barely audibly as she returned to her sitting position. Jaime's HUD confirmed the charger connection and estimated 4 hours and 34 minutes until she was fully charged.

Jaime's eyes stared vacantly, her main CPU had routed power back through her damaged appendage and run a diagnostic. She sat still as a mannequin for 4 minutes as the diagnostic ran it's course; upon it's completion the words 'INTERNAL REPAIR UNAVAILABLE - SELF SERVICE REQUIRED' flashed across the bottom of her advanced HUD.

She sighed. Her night would now be dedicated to the manual repair of her knee.

In another incredible display of flexibility, Jaime kept her charging leg perfectly in place while moving the entire rest of her flawlessly curved figure to grab a small tool-kit from her bedside table. The movement left her sex exposed; the soft pink folds flushed slightly.

Once she had retrieved the kit, Jaime sat back against the wall with her legs angled beneath. A self repair algorithm visually sorted through the tools and components in the kit. Her forest green eyes glazed over momentarily as the repair procedure plugged itself into operation.

By 5 AM Jaime had completed the repair process. Wires, bits of metal, and steel cables of varying lengths and thicknesses were littered across the bed. She unplugged her charging cable from the outlet and mechanisms within her toned thigh slowly reeled the cord in. The panel closed and self sealed flush with her smooth alabaster skin, leaving no indication of it's presence or her artificial nature.

Next, Jaime sealed up the incision on her newly repaired leg with adaptive silicon forming gel and jumped to the floor, her lavish breasts demonstrating their realistic bouncing capabilities. She squatted, pirouetted, jogged in place and performed a bevy of other exercises aimed at testing her repaired knee's functionality. Her main CPU chugged through tactile data fed from embedded sensors; it computed that the repaired knee emulated original functionality to 99.3%, a degree of similarity considered adequate by her logic core.

With the repair over, Jaime stared blankly at the wall as her main CPU formulated plans for the day; the formulation algorithm, taking hundreds of thousands of inputs into account, encountered an indexing loop as the 0.7% of deviance in the knee's functionality spurred rapid continuous erroneous feedback. Jaime stood motionless, all sense of life removed from her cute, plastic face.

14 hours later, At 7:00 PM a 'queued' event within her internal chronometer changed status to 'current'. The new input shifted parameters and the stalled formulation algorithm resolved itself. Jaime blinked, her borderline artificially long black eyelashes dispelling a thin layer of dust. After her systems diagnosed the cause of her prolonged freeze she spoke, "Oh no. That simply will not do." Her sensuous voice echoed off the small walls of the apartment. She smiled, her high cheekbones reflecting the room's light. A software diagnostic to permanently remedy the error booted in the background, and Jaime began her preparations for the night.

She wandered into her modest kitchenette, retrieved her only glass, and filled it with water from the tap. The nude synthetic beauty raised the container to her glossy lips and poured the liquid in; she repeated this process three more times, the third time leaving the glass half filled. Jaime opened a drawer and removed a yellow cube roughly the size of a sugar cube. Her delicate fingers lowered the mineral laden cube into the half filled glass and waited for it to fully dissolve. Satisfied after several moments, Jaime proceeded to drink the yellow colored water down.

She looked up, smile beaming from her cute face, "Fluid Levels at 100%." Her eyelids fluttered for a fraction of a second, "Mineral cube ingested. Lubrication, sweat, tear, and oral reservoirs at capacity."

Jaime's complex filtration system had broken down the cube instantaneously, dynamically diverting meticulously calculated chemical formulations to her four human emulation fluid reservoirs. One mineral cube combined with consistent water intake could last Jaime up to a week of very strenuous activity.

The newly filled bot filed out of the small kitchen and scanned her meager apartment; processors churned as algorithms sorted through thousands of possible wardrobe options. Her ensemble was easily selected, most of the clothes scattered around were wrinkled and in need of a wash, but a lavender colored bandage mini skirt and matching crop top lay pristine against the far wall. Jaime's main CPU logged a new event in her calendar and she hitched while pulling on the skirt; her artificial sex visible just above the hem of her skirt. Her lively bourbon voice spoke to the empty room, "I need to go to the laundromat tomorrow at 11:30 AM."

Jaime quickly finished dressing herself, complimenting her lavender ensemble with a pair of obsidian latex thigh highs and black stilettos. She made her way into a tiny bathroom and examined her artificial self in the mirror. Her pert breasts slowly adjusted themselves, at the behalf of her Logic Core, moving ever so slightly together and upward until the hem of her crop top strained to contain them. With her small pink nipples barely pushing through the fabric of her top, Jaime's CPU moved it's attention toward the application of makeup.

Using the the lavender color of her skirt/top combo as an input, Jaime's CPU formulated a makeup blueprint; she required no foundation or primer, her blemish-less face always the perfect canvas for whatever cosmetics her CPU prompted. With machine precision, Jaime's deft hands moved an ensemble of brushes along the contours of her eyes. The brilliant violet shading of eye shadow and eye liner made her dazzling green eyes flash intensely.

Jaime returned everything to it's proper place and stared into the mirror; her facial expression stuttered and jerked for a millisecond before settling on a tantalizing pouting look. The click of stilettos echoed through her tiny apartment as she moved past the kitchen and through the front door out into the night.
