Plus, model it after Sydney Sweeney, an American actress. One of the hottest women to ever exit!  The perfect bait for the degenerate Powers.

Dr.Evil then clicks on his remote and activates this brand-new Fembot for the first time. It takes a second before she opens up her eyes, along with her chest plate. Simultaneously, her eyes and inside her chest plate glow (the Virtucon logo) a bright light blue! She smiles:

Sydney Fembot: Activation complete! Hello, Dr. Evil~ Care to have a little fun?—Just kidding! ;)  Has my time come to put an end to Mr. Powers? 

Dr.Evil: Yes, indeed it is! The question is, are you ready, my automated strumpet? 

Sydney Fembot: Yes, Dr.Evil. I am prepared to seduce and eliminate Mr. Powers once and for all!!
