The service contract covered her to operate for 400 hours each month but there was a seriously high hourly support rate if she ran over, which they couldn't afford for long. Although 400 hours was standard for this model, she often found that she spent a lot of time offline towards the end of the month, activated only for an hour or two in the evening. |
