Trent was a bit nervous and excited as today is the day when Kelly is to be delivered. Something between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. they wrote in the delivery announcement and now it is just (or already) Noon.
Yes, he tends to be impatience.

Of course Kelly knew that the man in front of her is Trent Wilson as due to the order process the buyer has to provide some mandatory personal informations including an actual photo.
After some more silent seconds Trent got his voice back. "Ahh, yes. Sorry. Please, come in.“, he said shyly, shaking his head. She smiled, took her small bag and entered his house. Trent closed the door and led her into the living room where he suggested to put the bag somewhere.
„I thought“, he said looking at the bag, „you would be delivered disassembled in a crate or so. I didn’t expect you to arrive on your own“. Kelly shook her head, „What kind of a companion bot would I be not taking the effort of a journey to my owner - taking an uber.“
He nodded unsure and offered her something to drink. The next second he remembered that she is a machine, shook his head and apologies as she surely shouldn’t swallow fluids. Kelly puts her bag aside, thanked for the offer and asked for a glass of water. „Being a companion bot i have to act and behave as human as possible, so consuming food and drinks is possible hence not necessary.“ she explained patiently.
Trent filled a glass of water and gave it to her without taking his eyes from her. Kelly thanked him and sipped from the water. „Technically said“, Kelly added „consuming water in dosed amounts supports my cooling systems, specially on hot days or within… certain… activities. „And“, she puts the glass on a table and made a step toward Trent looking in his eyes, „these two,“ she lifted her breasts under his nose trying to melt the ice, “can be filled with fluid to support this activity.“

She handed her manual to Trent chuckling "Here, your new favorite reading”, while watching Trent's shocked expression. More straight she continued “Honestly, my manufacture strongly recommends to read the manual, the sections about the warranty in particular.” After giving Trent a change to respond Kelly continued with a cheerful voice “This satisfied the legal obligation about the duty to inform the user.”
„With your order you contributed some information about you and your neighborhood. So I know where the next shops like grocery and bakery are. I know your doctor’s name and have contact informations and i know that you are allergic to peanuts. Anyway, i ask you not to do anything recklessness or stupid. I have general medical and pharmaceutical knowledge and can provide first aid or call an ambulance. But as you may know, we androids are not allowed to participate in traffic as driver“.
