			In the second book in the Kim Possible "Pick-A-Villain" series, "Badical Battles", the Killer Bebes appear as one of the villains. While Kim and Ron were searching for parts to the evil Mercury Spiral device, the Bebes returned, having reverted to their initial programming of being perfect robot prom dates. Using a Brain Quake device stolen from Dr. Drakken's lab, they attacked Middleton High School's Mad Dog football players, taking over their minds to make them their dates. When Kim tried to intervene on the football field, the Mad Dogs blitzed towards Kim, defending the Bebes. After Kim and Ron managed to evade the Mad Dogs, they learn that the Bebes entered the school. As Kim, Ron, and Rufus made their way inside, the Bebes broadcasted a signal from the Brain Quake over the school's PA system, hypnotizing Ron and Rufus. When she follows them, Kim finds that the Bebes have turned the cafeteria into a prom, complete with slow music and disco ball, and with all of the Middleton High boys there waiting for the Bebes. Kim then hurried to the Principal's Office to stop the Bebes' Mind Quake broadcast over the PA and free everyone. When the Bebes gathered around the Brain Quake to protect it from Kim, Kim grabbed the microphone broadcasting the signal and managed to tie the Bebes up with the cord, defeating them once again.

	The Bebes also made a significant appearance as part of the Walt Disney World "Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure" attraction in EPCOT, during the Japan episode (still voiced by Kerri Kenney-Silver). In this appearance, the Bebe robots created a "Baby Bebe" toddler offspring, which was powered by the natural elements of Earth, Fire, Water, and Air. However, the baby Bebe was unable to properly harness the elements, causing her discomfort. As a result, the baby began throwing a tantrum throughout the country, throwing the mystical elemental energy out of balance. With help, Kim, Ron, and Wade were able to put things right while tracking down and rebooting the baby Bebe, allowing it to safely harness elemental energy.
