“So, are you confident in my repair work?” I asked, seeing him examine virtually every component in her open head. “Yes, now I just want to show you one more thing before you can gain my full trust,” he said, and then he pressed a few buttons inside her skull and then peeled her face off as though it were a mask. Once it got down to her chin, he let it hang down. Beneath Stacey’s beautiful face was a marvelous array of machinery. Her realistic eyes were still inside, but nose and lips were dangling below her chin. The skin of her robotic face was smooth and shiny, with moveable areas so she could have a full array of facial expressions.
