Jack then walked over to her and reached his hands inside her open panel. “Alright, I’m going to remove you now,” he told her, looking into her eyes.
Ellie merely nodded, then her eyes went blank as Jack pressed the releases on her A.I. core and carefully pulled it free from its housing. The core itself was fairly large, with memory banks and processor assemblies, as well as a small diagnostic screen listing Ellie’s current stats.
